1.). Get hyper clear on what you want to create in your life. Whether it be releasing excess weight, improving your relationships, succeeding wildly in your business or career, or something else entirely.
Get soo clear that you can see, feel, maybe even smell the reality you want to create! Connect with the vision of this future you want to create daily. This is like your GpS system, telling you which way to go and alerting you if youβre going the wrong way.
2.) Take steps towards this reality you have become hyper clear on, every single day. Follow your inspiration, whatever lights you up. There may be shortcuts available that you canβt even imagine. Follow your inspiration and your intuition as best as you can. They are great allies on your journey to thriving.
And take a step or three or five towards your ideal reality DAILY. Maybe itβs doing research on some topic related to your vision. Maybe itβs spending time with people who are living the life you want to live. Maybe itβs reading books or listening to podcasts on the topic. Maybe itβs working on changing your habits so theyβre more aligned with the life you want to create.
As long as youβre taking steps daily towards your ideal reality, and following your inspiration and your joy, you WILL get there.
3.) Enjoy the heck out of the journey. At the end of the day, itβs more about the journey than the destination anyway!
Spend time in JOY daily. Maybe itβs through walks in nature, dancing, creative pursuits, prayer and meditation, breathwork, playing an instrument, reading, writing, or just playing with wild abandon, whatever that looks like for you!
When you do this, you are ThRIVInG already. It doesnβt even matter whether you get to your destination or not!
But, you WILL get there, as long as you keep taking steps towards it :)
Thatβs it. Thatβs how to Thrive, in 3 easy steps!
