I wanted to celebrate good old TGIF and my first payment to Wingman before price increase and...therefore... promote flying pizzas!!!
My blitz buddy is currently dreaming of a volatile ball of doughβ¦so Iβm preparing 1kg of fragrant dough and letting it rise for 24β48 hours.
But hereβs the real mission:
π Flying pizzas will be everywhere for the next 48 hours
As the dough rises⦠the content must accompany the growth of the soft flour, water, yeast, salt and olive oil mix!
