Should I Make My Community Paid Now or Focus on Building Proof First?
Hi everyone!
I have a question:
I’m building an Arabic speaking community that teaches people how to start making money with affiliate marketing using cold email.
Right now, I have about 70 members, and I run two weekly live calls
(between 3 to 4 hours each), plus I share all the replays on YouTube.
I also create courses for them.
Here’s my question:
Should I turn the community into a paid program now, or wait until I get student results and testimonials?
Or should I focus on getting results myself first, so I become a success story that inspires them?
Also, my engagement on Skool is very low. Most people ask me questions privately on Telegram/WhatsApp ;;
and i also i creat a groupe telegrem for my skool community and they engage there !
and when I post on Skool, almost no one engages since they are not active there.
So, what would you do?
Should I focus on getting results first to prove it’s possible,
or try something else to increase engagement?
