Funny how we can hand out judgment like candy…
but when it’s our turn to face the mirror, suddenly we “meant well,” “had a rough day,” or “didn’t really mean it.”

We excuse our weaknesses while condemning theirs.
And the truth?
That double standard is one of the quickest ways to stunt our growth and damage our relationships.
If you were judged by the same standard you use on others…
would you pass your own test?
👇 Honest question:
Where do you tend to give yourself a pass but hold others’ feet to the fire?
(Be brave — someone needs your honesty today.)
