I think I am sick 🤒
Today I feel really bad.
My bones are hurting.
I feel cold all over my body.
Headache all over the place.
Heavy brain fog.
I know that I pushed myself to hard and this is the result I get from my body.
As I know the best thing is to rest and calm down I just do it.
I am not writing this because I want your pity.
I write this because, your health is the most precious thing in the world.
