My goal is simple: Work my way back into turning movement into a joyful practice that I look forward to doing regularly. Ideally that looks like exercising at least 6 days per week, whether that's a bike ride, a run, lifting, yoga, playing pickleball or attending adult recess. Joyful movement!
Shout out to for showing me the way in joyful movement! And for getting me to kick off the month with a video of me doing a 3-minute plank So far, I've worked out ~5 times in October. Not as much as I'm shooting for overall, but MUCH better than I did last month! Feeling good about it overall. More energy.
