Just wanted to properly introduce myself. I’ve been spending time learning how communities grow, and more importantly what actually makes people stay, engage, and get value long term. I’ve noticed a lot of people can bring members in… but struggle with keeping things active and structured in a way that feels clear and enjoyable.
