my partner

is new to entrepreneurship so typically when she runs into a business roadblock she comes to me to solve it.

the other day she was tasked with setting up our META ads account. If you've ever tried to do this, you know it sounds simple but is quite difficult. After a few hours she came to me stuck. She said I cant do this can you come look and figure it out. I usually would hop right in and try to solve the problem.. but this time i said no. You are a business owner. The buck stops with you. You need to figure it out. At first she was not happy with that answer lol.

However - within the next 30min she racked her brain trying to solve the problem. She remembered she had a great connection in her network that does META ads! He also happens to be in goosfiy (shout out

They worked together and figured it out! We were able to successfully run our first ad!!

this may sound like a silly win but really is a massive one for both of us! I need to get better at delegating and feel like i did a good job of empowering instead of just doing. Sam also gained a ton of confidence in her ability to problem solve.

and when our ads start crushing - we can both point to her and say you did this which is pretty coool
