Ready for the anti-blitz, chose physical self and I am going to absolutely Goose-out on this!!! I'm keeping it simple, have a rower, starting with 20 minutes, and adding a minute per day! I know it sounds perhaps small, but given that I haven't made time for my physical self in the last 3 years, this is going to be amazing for me at all levels. I also have this really big project coming up and I have to be at my best physically and mentally to give it my all! Ready for this!
