Circuit (1–3 rounds):
• Squats x15
• Push-ups x12
• Plank x20 sec
Rest: 30–60 sec
Shorten plank to 10–15 sec if needed
Did you finish all rounds? Be honest.
Remember: you can’t water fake plants and expect them to grow.
