Two Different Businesses, Same Address - How to Avoid GBP Suspension?
Hi Zanet,
I would like to ask for advice regarding Google Business Profile (GBP) setup for two businesses at the same physical address.
The situation:
- I have a 3-floor shophouse (ruko).
- Ground floor: Cafe business.
- Second floor: Beauty clinic business.
- Both are legally separate, with different names, phone numbers, and services.
- But the street address is exactly the same.
My questions:
- Can I create two GBP profiles for these different businesses, even if the address is the same?
- Should I specify “Floor 1” / “Floor 2” in the address to help Google differentiate?
- What are the best practices to prevent future suspension after verification in this case?
I want to follow the correct way to avoid any policy violations or accidental suspensions.
