Profile Suspended After Verification & Accidental Appeal Submission
Hi Zanet,
My Google Business Profile was suddenly suspended after verification. While checking, I opened the appeal page but didn’t submit anything. After 60 minutes, the system auto-submitted the appeal without any input from me.
Now the profile shows "appeal submitted" even though I couldn’t provide any explanation or documents.
I’ve already followed up to request reopening the appeal.
My main questions:
- How can I avoid this auto-submit situation in the future?
- What is the correct process after verification to prevent sudden suspension?
- Any tips to ensure a safe profile setup so this doesn't happen again?
