Hi Zanet,
I would like to ask for some insights regarding the role of a website in local SEO rankings.
From my observation, I’ve noticed that some local businesses are able to rank in the top 3 positions on Google’s local search results even though they don’t seem to have a proper website. Instead, they primarily use social media accounts like Instagram to showcase their business.
This made me wonder:Is having a dedicated website still considered essential for achieving good rankings in local SEO? Or can a well-optimized Google Business Profile combined with active social media presence be enough to reach the top spots?
I would appreciate if anyone could share their experience or insights regarding this topic.
Thank you in advance!
