Voice agents and credit card information
Quick question for the AI & compliance experts out there: Is it legally compliant for a voice AI agent to collect credit card info over the phone to secure an order? I know it's highly regulated but is it legal and is it a used practice or something likely want to stay away from especially as a beginner.
