Upgrading from Subaccount to Agency Pro Account

We recently had our subaccount transferred from one agency to another and lost our conversation history, notes etc in the process. The Opportunities also had to be recreated from scratch.

If we were to take up your Agency Masters Elite affiliate upgrade offer and upgrade our sub account to an Agency Pro account, would the same thing happen again? Or does that transition keep all the data intact? (I know we'd have to redo our integrations again and that's not an issue but I'm curious about the data side of things)
