Onboarding appointment setters

What is going on everyone, this is my first time posting so heres a brief. I run a SMMA and I am at the point where I am hiring appointment setters. I onboarded 1 into my own sub-account, and after talking with friends doing similar things they have said its way better to create a new sub account for each appointment setter.

So my question is: What is the best way of getting appointment setters (cold callers) setup within your GHL account so they can start booking meetings into your calendar. That you have used or know other people use.

Please give as much detail as possible I will probably implement these methods.
