Team Players: They're congenial and collaborate well, making them a great addition to any team.
Tech-savvy: With some training, they can quickly master new software and technology.

Here's what to be cautious about when hiring:

No Upfront Payment: Don't engage with VAs who request money before starting work.
Avoid Agencies: They might overcharge and provide less experienced VAs. Onlinejobs.ph discourages using them.
Verify Identity: Conduct at least two Zoom interviews to confirm their identity and assess their skills.
Check Tech Requirements: Make sure they have stable internet and the necessary equipment for uninterrupted work.
