I watched the fulfillment video and for me there is a gap I'm hoping others can explain. Rob Bailey and Co say not to provide your client with access to High Level to begin with as you don't want new clients seeing all of those unsubscribes with DRs - makes sense. How do we update leads to ensure they are in the correct workflow (i.e. no show). Only my clients will be able to know they didn't show. Is it as simple as having a shared google doc that my client updates daily, and we then translate this into HL?
