Email setup for a client

Hey high leveller's, I was looking for some help setting up a new email for a new fencing contractor client.They want a new email to match the new domain name I have purchased

eg ABCfencing.co .uk

They want mail@ABCfencing.co .uk

Do I just create a dedicated domain within their sub-account under business settings - email services and does this new email once set up have to be forwarded to an existing email that the client uses.

Any help would be much appreciated, thank you
