Hi all

I have a question regarding how to deal with the coach.

My son William played today and is in goal, he has good kick outs and is well able to get them down to midfield or forward, his coach has told him to not kick out and pass it to another player beside the box, he has followed this direction before and goals have been instantly scored as a result. Today he did not kick it to the player at the box and his coach told him " if I tell you to kick it to child, then that's what you are to do".

William came off the pitch upset and he said thats it im done, I dont want to play anymore. Thing is he is working hard all the time and always has a ball at his feet. How do you handle the coach without giving him a piece of your mind, my son is 9 and shouldn't feel like that
