Happened to me the other day and that is why I am sharing.
I only got 3 hours of sleep and I felt so drained: physically, emotionally, mentally, etc. Everything felt so slow and I felt I might just fall asleep if I stood still for too long. However, I knew as soon as I woke up that I was going to be miserable all day, but the one thing I said to myself before anything else in the morning was,
“I choose consistency over perfection.”
I ended up having a decent day with a pretty solid training, never felt awake or alert but I was still happy I was able to show up and do the things I needed to do that day.
Remember that the battle is not you against the world or your completion, but inevitably it is you against you out there.
