This room exists because the free Facebook groups are full of noise, scams, and confidently-wrong strangers. We're the opposite. Help keep it that way. The rules: 1. Be genuinely helpful — or be quiet. Answer from experience, not guesses. "I don't know" is a great answer. "My cousin heard that…" is not. 2. No scams, no shills, no spam. Don't promote your visa agency, real estate side-hustle, or crypto thing, and don't DM members with pitches. This is instant removal, no warning. If you're a vendor who's genuinely good, that's what the Verified Directory vetting is for — apply the right way. 3. Don't hand out contacts you haven't personally used. The whole point of this place is verified trust. If you recommend someone, say why and how you know them. Never post a "guy who can do X" you found in another Facebook group. That's how people get scammed. 4. Respect Thailand and Thai people. We're guests here. Frustration with bureaucracy is fine; disrespect toward the country, its culture, or its people is not. The enemy is bad advice, never the place we're lucky to live in. 5. No legal, tax, or medical advice as fact. Share your experience, cite official sources, and always say "verify with a professional." Nobody here is your lawyer, accountant, or doctor.
