Sanity, hope & happiness in chaotic times! (updated)
UPDATE: Looks like things are getting pretty intense in the world, and equally those of us in Portugal are fortunate to be where we are. Thank you Portugal! As things appear to be quite negative and collapsing ('fourth turning' and the inevitable flux of the Western world) it looks like life eventually and inevitably provides expansion and positivity, as I am seeing in new speakers and ideas coming to the fore, as well as older teachers refreshing their messages. I thought I'd share some of the material I've been delighted to encounter recently by way of sharing hope, light and balance (-: Go straight to it Please feel to share uplift and positivity here too (-: --- Formerly: Personal Development in Portugal (updated thread) It looks like migration is all about the nuts and bolts, which of course are important; the bureaucracy, the formalities, etc. A lot of my public-facing work is about that, here's a good example (navigating Portugal's financas portal). BUT, or AND - at least to me (and as you may have seen in my weekly Portugal Resident column) - this matter of moving country, is as much an 'inner game' as an outer pursuit. We can, if we wish, learn so much about ourselves too in this process and grow as human beings in the process. Portugal brings unique aspects to our 'unfolding' as well of course, see 'The Power of Não!' I have so much to share on this topic (to me it's not really a subject, it's what I am here on this planet and in Portugal to explore; it's a way of seeing the world), and this thread will include resources I have found useful, in no particular order or preference. Shares will include all sorts of links that will range from the deeply spiritual through to the more materialistc life-hacks and insights, like Dan Koe and Fraya Mortensen, attached today.

Lessons from ageing!
It's as if @Anthony Bryant and I planned this 🤔 What are the key things age has brought you?
How to have a great 2026? What's YOUR formula for a 'Happy New Year'?
Delighted to be chatting with the 'Great Garvo' @Gary Austin on the show in the morning. He's keen to ease divison and encourage understanding in 2026 - basically to have a "happy new year" - as the collective, mainstream energies seem to be intensifying in polartiy and division. Good Morning Portugal! & The Portugal Club will also be a space for positivity and hope in 2026, so let's talk tactics tomorrow, and stand for something great, together. Basically, "we are the people we are waiting for", so what do you suggest we do, and how might we be, to have the happiest of Happy New Years? Join us for a high-vibe, upbeat conversation 😍
