Is it possible to get a US PayPal account for non-US citizen?

Hey guys,

I am trying to register a US PayPal account for my Shopify store, but can I make it?

I have got PayPal business accounts successfully with business licenses in Norway and HongKong.

But for a US PayPal account, I found it's pretty hard.

As you can see, PayPal asks me to fill some info that makes me confused.

Can I use my US LLC company's address for personal use?

Can I pass the review if I provided all the info that PayPal asked?
