Relationships

This last year in business, I've had a near perfect delivery rate for the loads I've booked. A few days in this community and I see my mindset was all wrong. I've focused more on the quality of my work rather than the quality of my relationships with brokers. I won't beat myself up too much over it because sometimes they can be a pain in the ass, especially when they call you when you're trying to sleep. But I encourage everyone to try just a little harder with brokers🙂.
