New Course Settings UI: Clean & Fast

GoHighLevel quietly dropped a nice quality-of-life update, and it’s sitting in Labs right now. The refreshed Course settings UI keeps the same core settings, but makes the whole experience feel cleaner, faster, and easier to follow.

If you build courses for clients, you already know where the time gets burned: You are jumping between domains, branding, and portal settings. One small mistake can turn into 20 minutes of “why won’t this save?” And clients love clicking around settings… then asking you where everything went. 😅

This update tackles that stuff head-on: Faster loading across the settings screens Better form validations (less guessing) Smoother custom domain setup flow Built-in cropping for your brand logo and favicon Clearer navigation feedback when moving into Client Portal settings

The best part is you can test it without committing to anything, since it’s a Labs toggle.

How to enable it (quick version):

Go to Settings in your GoHighLevel sub-account
Open Labs
Find “New Course Settings UI”
Toggle it ON
Go to Memberships, then Courses, and confirm the refreshed layout is active

Agency tip: Turn it on in a test account first. Click through your usual setup flow. If it saves you time and reduces confusion, roll it out to your client accounts next.
