Manually setting the same conversation filters every day? That gets old fast.
Now you don’t have to.
GoHighLevel just added a smart new feature to the Conversations UI. You can now save your conversation filters as views. Set your filters once, give the view a name, and it shows up in your sidebar for easy access 👌
Use it to track unassigned chats, filter by channel (like Instagram), or follow up on high-priority leads. No more redoing the same steps every time you log in.
Also, if you're an admin, you can share those saved conversation filters with your team. That helps everyone stay on the same page without extra effort 🙌
Here’s what you’ll see:
- A new “Views” section in the Conversations tab
- One-click access to your saved filters
- Real-time updates, so your filters stay current
- Admin options to share views with staff
This makes it easier to work through your inbox, stay focused, and avoid missing key messages.
🔧 To use it, go to Labs and turn on:
- CRM Redesign: Conversations and Contacts Page (Beta)
- Conversation Views: Save Filters, Work Faster
Then hop into Conversations, build a view, and save it.
It only takes a few minutes to set up. Once you try it, you’ll wonder how you managed without it.
