GoHighLevel just dropped a helpful feature for agencies: announcement banners
These banners show up in your clients’ subaccounts, usually at the top of the dashboard. Before this update, agencies had no way to manage them. Now you do.
You can go into Agency Settings > Announcements and choose what shows up. If a banner feels off or causes confusion, turn it off. If it’s helpful, keep it on. Simple.
Each banner has a status:
- ✅ Enabled: it shows across all subaccounts
- ❌ Disabled: it’s hidden from view
- 🔒 Locked: GoHighLevel manages it and you can’t change it
This gives you more control over how your platform looks and feels. Clients only see what matters, and that helps build trust. No more extra noise or off-brand messages.
What’s next? Custom banners. Soon, you’ll be able to create your own banners with your content, brand colors, and schedule. Perfect for promos, reminders, or anything your clients need to know.
Right now, take five minutes to clean up your active banners. A small change like this makes your GHL dashboard look sharper and work better for clients.
🧭 Where to go: Agency Settings → Announcements
🛠️ Time needed: 5 to 10 minutes
🎯 Goal: Less noise, more focus
🎨 Bonus: Custom banners are coming soon
