AI Studio Now Uses Your Media Library
GoHighLevel just made AI Studio more useful for anyone building pages with client assets. You can now pull images from the Media Library without leaving the builder or uploading the same files again. 🚀
There are two main ways to use it.
First, you can choose Add reference image. This helps guide the AI’s design choices. It is useful when you want the page to match a brand style, color direction, product look, or layout.
Second, you can choose Insert link. This adds a saved asset URL directly into your prompt. It is the better choice when you want AI Studio to use one specific image or file in the project.
You can still upload, paste, or drag files from your device when needed. The Media Library option simply gives you a faster path when the right asset is already stored in GoHighLevel.
This update also helps with repeat builds. Media used in AI Studio stays connected when a project is remixed or loaded from a snapshot. That means fewer broken images and less time spent rebuilding the same setup.
For agencies, this is a practical win. Your team can use the same approved logos, photos, and brand files across each project. That lowers the risk of using an old image or the wrong version of a logo.
The best part is that the workflow is simple:
  • Open AI Studio.
  • Click the plus icon.
  • Choose Media Library.
  • Select Add reference image or Insert link.
  • Add your prompt and build.
No extra setup. No complicated steps. Just a cleaner way to build branded pages inside GHL. 👍
The smart move is to keep your Media Library organized before you start. Use clear file names, client folders, and one approved version of each key asset.
