🚨 It is 2026 🚨
We swore we’d have it all together by now… yet here we are, starting over. AGAIN. 😅 But here’s the thing: it doesn’t matter if today is January 1st, 15th, or the 30th—Day 1 is whenever you decide it is. Stop trying to make today “perfect.” Just show up. Do the bare minimum if that’s all you’ve got. You don’t need perfection to turn this year around—you need momentum. 💪 Even the smallest action keeps the promise you made to yourself. ✅ Action Items for Day 1: 🔥 Go to the gym—even if it’s just to walk on the treadmill 🚶🏽‍♀️ Get in a 30-minute walk 🧖🏽‍♀️ Sit in the sauna and breathe 📱 Track your food (yes, even the “bad” stuff!) 🥗 Count your calories today 💧 Hit your water goal (start with 8oz before anything else!) ✨ Your Day 1 doesn’t have to be impressive, it just has to exist. 🎯 122 days is plenty of time to rewrite the story you tell about this year. 🚀 Let’s stop hitting “reset” and finally make it happen—but for sure this time. 🪞 Reflection Prompts: 1. What’s one small promise I can keep to myself today? 2. Where did I self-sabotage this year—and what’s my plan to stop repeating it? 3. If I made a comeback in the next 122 days, how would that feel on New Year’s Eve? 4. Which 3 habits matter most for my physical + mental health right now? 5. Am I trying to be perfect, or am I trying to be consistent?

🧠🚶‍♀️ Take Your Brain for a Walk 🚶‍♂️🧠 ⚖️ Rule #1
Yesterday, I promised myself I’d go out for a walk. Nothing extreme—just one hour, about 10,000 steps. ⏱️👟 But here’s what happened: it took me an hour and 15 minutes just to get out the door. 🕒😩 My brain threw every excuse at me: - “Tomorrow will be easier.” 🙄 - “You don’t feel like it.” 😴 - “That gym outfit won’t even fit right.” 👗🚫 Sound familiar? 👀 That’s the thing: the brain is designed to protect you. 🧩 It wants you safe, comfortable, and unchanged. 🛑 But growth doesn’t live there. 🌱 Growth lives in the moment you stop negotiating with the excuses and move anyway. 💪🔥 Eventually, I made the decision: No more debate. My body deserves the effort I promised it. 💯 And I walked. Just one hour. Just one step after another. 👟➡️👟➡️👟 ⚖️ The Rule - 1 hour of walking (≈ 10k steps) ⏱️👣 is the baseline. - It doesn’t matter if you feel like it. 😑 - It doesn’t matter if it’s comfortable. 🛋️ - One hour. Every day. Non-negotiable. ✅ 💭 Reflection Questions - How often do you let your brain talk you out of the commitments you’ve made to yourself? 🤔 - What excuses show up most often for you? 🗣️ - What would shift in your health, confidence, and energy ⚡💃 if you simply honored one non-negotiable promise to yourself every day? 🌟 🚀 Action Step Today, take your brain out for a walk. 🧠➡️🚶 👟 One hour. ~10k steps. When you’re done, post “DONE” ✅ here to mark your commitment. This isn’t about steps—it’s about self-trust. 🪞💎 The kind you rebuild by keeping your word to your own body. 💖 Ps.
