Control The Deal
If I could give you one piece of advice, it’s this: learn acquisitions. When you control the property, you control the deal, and that’s where all the power is. You can wholesale it for quick cash or keep it for long-term cash flow and wealth creation. But here’s the truth most people don’t want to hear: stop learning and start doing. Most “preparation” is just procrastination in disguise. Take massive, imperfect action. The deals, the confidence, and the wealth show up only after you start moving.

High-Level Finance Fact
Most people focus on how much they earn, but long-term wealth is driven far more by what percentage of your income you consistently invest and keep invested. At a 10% annual return: - Investing $500/month starting at age 25 can grow to ~$3.3M by age 65 - Starting the same investment at age 35 yields ~$1.5M - Starting at age 45 yields ~$650K The difference is not contribution size—it is time in the market and compounding. Takeaway: Income increases help, but consistency + compounding + patience outperform almost every “hot” investment strategy over decades. What is your top investment?
