The next Coffee Hour is going to be a little more hands-on 😄

We’re going to play with:

🔹 stick awareness

🔹 coordination

🔹 softness v's intention

🔹 body language

🔹 and how all of this influences communication with our horses

⭐ What you’ll need:

🔹 A stick of any kind or size (a wooden spoon or twig will do if you forget) 😂

🔹 A little room to stand and move safely

We’ll be practicing together live so you can apply later directly to your groundwork.

First time?

🔹You do NOT need to be good at this already

🔹 You can keep your camera off if preferred

🔹 You can simply watch quietly if you’d rather learn first

👉 This time I’ve scheduled it a little later for those who need time to cook and eat dinner first.
