Din me ek roti with sbzi and omelette Dinner me b ek roti Dal Ghosht and chapli kbab with lots of salad Garmi BHT light alg nh te sara din or BHT hectic routine but still managed one hour walk and I stayed hydrated and balanced both meal
Day 7 and 8
Hi day 7 did workout with 10k steps and 2L water pulao with chicken and sabzi for dinner eggs and apple greek yogurt for breakfast Today 2 boil.eggs Greek yogurt for lunch and dinner boil rice salad sabzi and chana daal with chicken 2L water 10k steps 20 mint strength training 8 hour sleep less screen time

Breakfast: 1 brown bread with fried egg and cup of tea without sugar. Before lunch leeches & 1 mango. Lunch:40g roti with daal maash with chicken & dahi bahly. Dinner:30g roti with chicken. Protein in every meal ✅ fiber before lunch ✅ water 2.5 liter ✅ no junk and no sugar ✅ outdoor walk for 1 hour ✅
