Hey everyone, it's been a while. I have neglected the community lately, but it also didn't feel right and I had some time to think about what really tickles my pickle.
Most of you know me as a PT and as of today I have spent more time in the fitness industry than I spent being a chef โ€“ CRAZY!
I still love cooking and creating recipes and with more understanding of fitness and nutrition, I'd like to help everyone cook great meals that doesn't just feel like you have to shove it down for the sake of it.
This is why I changed the community from a general "let's get strong" to something that's a lot closer to my heart and it could be a lot more useful for everyone. I'll still help with training (and I've got programmes coming to the group), but the focus is shifting to cooking/baking and nutrition mainly.
