Thank you for joining our community. It’s a pleasure to meet you!
My aim is to help You and others like you get started in your health & fitness journey, particularly through strength training. With my help, you’ll massively improve your strength for everyday sports and activities, your mobility and your mindset towards training in general.
I’m a level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and I’m a full-time Assistant Manager in my local gym. Aside from the heavy lifting, I love indoor and outdoor cycling, so there will be content about it too!
