Simple Breakfasts
Yoghurt, protein powder, any cereal and berries have been the go to breakfast for me for the past 8-10 weeks. As boring as it might sound, it massively helps me because I don't have to think about anything.
Once the kids are sorted, I put this together in 2 minutes.
I'm not saying have the same thing as me, find something you enjoy eating and it's nutritious and have it on most days. Trust me, it's life saving.
