Push it to the limit 🎵
Today I ego lifted. I figured it will be too much, but did it anyway. Often times we get a bit too comfortable in our training and forget to push the limits a little (otherwise there isn't much growth).
Next time when you're training, think:
  • Could I squeeze an extra rep in there?
  • This set was easy, let's add a little more on.
This is why it's great to train with someone or have a PT for a while. The training partner will motivate you and encourage you to push your limits, while they're also there to provide safety for the lifts.
