We cleared 100k last month! :)

Hey guys, I'm extremely proud of PG’s efforts last month. We cleared $100,000, and this month is looking amazing as well.

But I just wanted to let you know what it takes to make $100,000 a month being part of an amazing team, having acquisition killers, keeping the marketing steady, staying consistent, and putting in the work every day.

All the things that we’re doing in our business right now are the same things I preach and teach inside the paid Genesis community. There’s really no difference between me and you.

I was once making $10 an hour changing oil in cars, and now I’m making six figures a month in real estate and still going. I’m super excited because the marketing, sales, novations, and systems that we run in our business are exactly what we break down inside Genesis.

Like I tell everybody, it costs a couple hundred bucks not to get closer to your first deal.

People in the community are already doing 2–3 deals a month, and people are growing fast.

It’s honestly becoming a real estate gym in there.
