I've been sitting on this for the past month and I want you guys to hear it first before anyone else! The vision for this community has always been bigger than a private chat/ weekly training and spartan accountability. What I'm building toward is a room where most people are doing 2+ deals a month consistently minimum. Not because we're gatekeeping beginners but because there's a version of this community where the conversations hit different/Where you're surrounded by people who are in it, not just studying it. Iron sharpens iron, and I want this to be the sharpest room in the space. You're all grandfathered in so don't worry. This isn't about you it's about where it's going next. Pricing is going up. Probably to $5,000/year or around $1,000/month depending still in the brewing stages here. Nothing locked in yet just pondering/brewing stage right now. In roughly a year, This group of ~30 people has collectively closed over $400K in deals. Not because I was making your calls or running your acquisitions. operations, frameworks, accountability, and you guys going out and executing. That's the proof of concept. Now I want to build the full thing. I've got new ideas, new energy but that level of operation requires a different kind of community than what we've had. Thoughts have been getting more locked in and creative with this community. P.S. I’ve been gathering some preliminary data, and it’s been pretty eye-opening. In roughly a year, members of this community have collectively closed over $400,000 in deals from a group of only about 20 people. That’s not from me hopping on seller calls, running acquisitions, or doing the work for anyone. That’s simply from providing guidance, frameworks, accountability, and then having members go out and execute. This message is specifically for our paid community and intimate Slack group because I want to be transparent with you guys first. I’m not sure how much longer Genesis will be available at $197/month, so if you’ve been thinking about getting more involved, now is probably the time to get grandfathered in.
