Kingdom Home Buyers LLC is hiring a Jr Acquisitions to handle SMS seller leads, follow up with homeowners, and set appointments for our acquisitions team.
This is a great opportunity for a someone who wants consistent income, real sales experience, and additional earning potential while learning the investment side of real estate.
Role:
- Call and follow up with SMS seller leads
- Qualify homeowners
- Set appointments
- Update CRM
- Hit weekly KPIs
What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable on the phone (100+ calls/day)
- Strong communication
- Coachable and disciplined
- Organized and reliable
- Values integrity and professionalism
- Full time
Compensation:
- $1,600 monthly base
- 5% commission per closed deal
- Growth opportunities within company.
