SMS Texting KPIs and Metrics - Thoughts?
Just started doing SMS texting on Smarter Contact and wanted to get your guys' thoughts on my metrics. Is my opt out rate too high? This data is just tax liens from an area from prop stream. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

@Heawie Chow Hey Heawie, sorry for the delay and I appreciate you offering to help! 15k msgs out so far, 8.5% opt out rate. I'm including "Reply STOP to unsubscribe" so not sure if that's hurting it but also concerned about being compliant so there's that. Any suggestions or tips would be hugely helpful!
