Quick update on where things stand. We've had a big wave of residential service customers lately. That's a good problem, but it means I've been in the field a lot more. I'm taking care of those customers first and building the courses every chance I get. Here's the plan: ✅ End of October: New and improved Free Course. I'm re-filming the whole thing, and it now covers the full residential install process, start to finish. ✅ End of November: Re-filmed Residential Service course, with better video, more detail and real jobs. ✅ January or February 2027: 2-Day In-Person Training. You'll install a residential door yourself on a mock door setup in our shop, then take technical lessons in our classroom. Real hands-on reps, with me right there to coach you. More details soon.
