My takeaway from this mornings Devo was: Private not Secret. I don't feel the need to carry a flag that reads I'm fasting. However, I will shout from the sidelines telling the world, how great it is to walk with Jesus.

God sees and he knows and will go ahead of you to make any crooked way straight..any people, places, things, situations, health and finances , all things must move as God moves before us to remove it or give us what we need to endure. I learned about the fast on the day it started. I am usually able to prepare in advance for corporate fasting. I'm struggling on what to use as a fast. I know I want to commit to more study, reading, closeness. But struggling with what to refrain from . I literally want to for 21 days make sure my house is in physical order, since surgery I have not physically been able to do as much at home. I that a fasting tool, cleaning, that God will accept. I know it's an odd question, but I just want to please God. @Dwight Riddick
