Rhetorical synthesis/ Student Notes

I usually do very well here, but recently I feel like some hard questions especially the ones where the student wants to summarize the study’s main conclusion or something I get wrong. So, I want to know how do y'all approach these questions, I want to compare contrast my method to see where I can improve?
