How do I increase my English and Math score

I tried using Khan Academy but i dont feel like am actually retaining the information and the questions dont seem that hard compared to the act PSAT questions. Feels like my English score went down especially due to standard english conventions. For Math, am just dumb

Can anyone help or offer any free resources?
