How do I get a 1450+?

Yeah, so my English score did not improve at all, and I have no idea how to study for it. Would it be possible for me to get 1450+ by the August or the September SAT? Since I have a lot of time, should I use Khan Academy and do the free lessons for both English and Math to fill in the concept gaps?
