October Training Is Live: Choose Your Path 🚀
The October programs are officially live in the Classroom Tab. We have three distinct paths depending on your experience and goals! Get a head start of the new month today! 📅 The Programs: - 🟡 Full Body Tempo Block (3-Day Split): A new stimulus for the beginner arc — every working set now carries a prescribed tempo (e.g. 3-1-1-0 = 3 second lowering, 1 second pause at the stretch, 1 second lift, no pause at the top). Loads drop to roughly 60 to 70 percent of what last month's block used; the difficulty comes from the time under tension, not the weight. Forces you to control the rep with the target muscle rather than borrowing from momentum. - 🟠 Anterior / Posterior Chain (4-Day Split): A genuinely fresh structural approach after five months of Upper/Lower, Push/Pull and body-part splits. Day 1 and 3 train everything on the front of the body (quads, chest, front delts, biceps, abs); Day 2 and 4 train everything on the back (hamstrings, glutes, back, rear delts, calves). Antagonist recovery within the session lets each chain absorb higher volume without cross-inhibition. - 🔴 Arm Specialisation Block (5-Day Split): A classic advanced periodisation move — pick a lagging muscle group and hammer it with three direct sessions per week while everything else runs on maintenance volume. Arms are the target: dedicated Arms A (heavy) and Arms B (hypertrophy) days, plus embedded biceps and triceps supersets on chest, back and shoulder days. Legs drop to once per week at maintenance intensity to protect recovery. 4 to 6 week block, then rotate back to balanced training. Comment "I'M IN" below with the program you are starting so we can hold you accountable and offer support!

Thursday Theory: The "Spot Reduction" Belly-Fat Myth 🎯
Most people think crunches burn belly fat. But you can't choose where fat comes off: training a muscle builds that muscle, while fat comes off your whole body via a calorie deficit. Action Tip: Swap 10 minutes of crunches for squats, rows and push-ups. That's "The Big-Three Swap". What's your current belly-fat approach? Vote below, then comment: which area do you most want to change?

Mid-Month Check-In: The "Feed Favourites" Motivation Vote 🔥
Halfway through October, and the feed has covered everything from rep ranges to fibre. Some posts stick and change how you train; others scroll straight past. Your vote tells us which is which. Action Tip: Vote for the type of post that has motivated you most so far. This "Feed Favourites" vote takes 10 seconds and helps shape what we post next. Which post or workout has motivated you the most? Vote below, then comment: which one made you change something, and what did you change?
