I have had my personal Facebook profile for many years and I do not want to risk or lose it in any way. I want to understand: - What an admin can and cannot do - Whether my personal profile is at risk - If there is a safer option than full admin access Thank you for your help..

I scheduled my post to go out at 09:00 today, but when I went back to check the schedule, I saw it had changed all my scheduled posts for the week to go out at different times than what I set them to.
