Hi, I request assistance with the Onboarding Process - First Promoter

Good morning. My friend purchased 2 tickets for the 3-Day Challenge — one for herself and one for her friend. I would like to update the details on one of the tickets with the second person’s information so that she can be added to the WhatsApp group and so that the records in the FirstPromoter system remain accurate. Who would be able to assist me with this process?

Just a suggestion: Will it perhaps be possible to add the date next to the title/heading of each referral link in First Promoter (where applicable)? For example: B2B 3 Day Challenge (14 - 16 May 2026) I think it will just make it easier to find the link that we'd like to promote, as some of the events in the list might have happened already and we then need to open each and every one to find the right one.
