Today is Moon day here in Sri Lanka lots of places are shut today and there's a celebration tonight in town at the Temple. T BAM: A recording of a Live Yoga Nidra from a hammock yoga session 9-minutes long Yoga Session: The Moon and the Camel a 30-minute yoga practice But feel free to give yourself a day off.

So, the question is...
What would you all like to work on in my absence... I'm assuming the only equipment we have available is the floor and other random household objects! I'm hopefully taking a yoga mat, rings & hammock with me, and although on retreat we have this beautiful shala at our disposal, when we're on the road I'll need to take what I can find.
